In LAND exhibition, I am presenting works created in year 2025 inspired by my previous and my very recent trip to Spain.
During this magical trip I visited incredible prehistoric sites in the Basque Country and Andalusia. I toured megalithic rock constructions created thousands of years ago, and prehistoric caves, containing rock art dating between 66,000 and 8,000 years ago.
My Land series paintings—whether acrylic on canvas or paper—are a personal interpretation of the mysterious environments visited, and the images are not reproductions, but rather free strokes arising from this wonderful experience.
